Spend summer Sundays with us in movement and joy!
Every Sunday (from 13 July to 24 August) you will enjoy a mix of activities in Žižkovy Sady and the Lodivadlo to stretch your body, try new moves, dances and sports and meet a friendly community of people. You can always look forward to yoga, an aesthetic martial arts workshop, lessons of different dance styles and a dance hall and games in the park.

Always check the Facebook event a few days in advance for the specific schedule. It will always consist of:

DANCE - swing // salsa // tango & bachata // kizomba

Program
14:00-15:00 | yoga for children (Kateřina Vlková, at the fountain)
Learning about your own body, developing movement skills and the joy of movement without competition.

14:00-18:00|- games of pétanque, croquet, molkky, kanjam (Kavčí plácek)
The games will be available for pick up at Kavčí plácek against an OP or a refundable deposit of 1000 CZK.

15:00-16:00 | Capoeira workshop (Axé capoeira, at the fountain)
Brazilian martial art containing elements of acrobatics and dance, accompanied by music.

18:00-19:00 | Bachata lessons for beginners (Katy Bedlivá, Lodivadlo)
Latin American dance originating from the Dominican Republic, known for its romantic and sensual nature.
